I can't log in

There are several possibilities where things go wrong. Before contacting us, we ask you to check the following.

  1. Check your username

The computer checks the password and compares it to your username. If this combination is incorrect, you will receive an error message when logging in. Also check that you don’t happen to have Caps Lock on.

  1. Password incorrect

Have you taken capitalization into account? And is Caps Lock not on by chance?

None of this works? And do you no longer remember your username and/or password? Then click on ‘forgot password’. (Even if you have forgotten your username, you must click on it)

Enter your email address and press ‘change password’. You will receive an e-mail in which you can change your password. This email will also contain your username. After you have set the new password, you can continue with CareUppen!
