Account
Retention period: account data on the website and within CareUp will be retained as long as activity is registered. If an account has not been active for two years, the account will be deleted after an email warning.
Reason: account details are required to log in. We will keep this data (username and email) for as long as the account is active.
In your account on CareUp, CareUp stores the following information, among other things: your name, address(es), e-mail address, delivery and payment details, specified information and interests, data about your previous orders & reviews that you have placed.
You can chat & email with our customer service. To help you quickly with any questions, we use your account information and make notes that we save. CareUp records data about the phone call and stores chats. for analysis and improvement of our services. Sometimes CareUp uses another party to answer your questions.
