Delete cache CareUp<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After a CareUp update, Careup may no longer want to load a course or fixed issues may not be visible. The solution is to delete the cache. <\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we cannot do this for you, but fortunately we have an explanation of how to do this. <\/p>\n

After a CareUp update, Careup may no longer want to load a course. The solution is to delete the cache. <\/p>

How do you do this?<\/p>

  1. Open Google Chrome<\/li>
  2. Click on the 3 dots below each other button at the top right of the screen.<\/li>
  3. Click on ‘History’, in the new drop-down menu click on ‘History’ again.<\/li>
  4. Chrome will now open a new tab. In the left menu, choose ‘Clear browsing data’. <\/li>
  5. Chrome will now open a new tab and a pop-up window. Check the box next to ‘Cached images and files. <\/li>
  6. Finally, click on the blue ‘Clear data’ button.<\/li><\/ol>

    Now restart CareUp.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
