In practice, this means, for example, a nurse or a physician. A registered nurse may not perform reserved procedures independently, but only on the instructions of a physician or nurse practitioner.  <\/p><p>Simply having a diploma is not sufficient to be able to perform reserved actions as a healthcare provider. In addition to sufficient knowledge, you must also have sufficient skill to be able to perform the action.
