Nothing is more annoying than being stuck with something for a long time if you don’t want it. That is why CareUp is easy to cancel, nice and flexible. Of course we prefer that you do not cancel, but we cannot force you to stay with us. Below you can read how you can cancel your course.

On your computer

1. Go to the account page on https://careup.online
2. Login with your username and password
3. Go to the ‘memberships’ page
4. Click on ‘cancel’ for the course you want to cancel

It’s that easy! We will send you one last email. We would very much like to know why you are saying goodbye to us. In this way, we too can learn and improve ourselves. And hopefully we will see you again in the future!
