Delete cache CareUp
After a CareUp update, Careup may no longer want to load a course or fixed issues may not be visible. The solution is to delete the cache.
Unfortunately, we cannot do this for you, but fortunately we have an explanation of how to do this.
After a CareUp update, Careup may no longer want to load a course. The solution is to delete the cache.
How do you do this?
- Open Google Chrome
- Click on the 3 dots below each other button at the top right of the screen.
- Click on ‘History’, in the new drop-down menu click on ‘History’ again.
- Chrome will now open a new tab. In the left menu, choose ‘Clear browsing data’.
- Chrome will now open a new tab and a pop-up window. Check the box next to ‘Cached images and files.
- Finally, click on the blue ‘Clear data’ button.
Now restart CareUp.
