CareUp works by direct debit. That is easy for everyone. However, this does not make it possible to change your account number.

If you still want to change your account number, you must cancel your current membership via your account. And then you have to enter into a new membership. With a new membership, you can enter a different account number.

It’s a bit complicated, but this is the only option due to the automated system.
